Can't connect.

I have not been able to connect since XBL went down yesterday. Not sure if I have to contact my provider or if Xbox is still down for some people. Turned router off, turned xbox off and unplugged everything but still can't connect. Even replaced wires and nothing.  Below is the error message I receive after test.

The Xbox support team is currently working on resolving the issues with Xbox Live connection, the workaround to connect now is to select "Test connection", then select "Test Xbox Live Connection", try to connect after finishing the test, if you restart your Xbox 360 you may need to run the connection test again, hope that this info help.
