Can't connect

I keep getting disconnected and won't let me connect. It say my xbox live membership information isn't valid and to switch to a profile with one. I renewed for a year about a month ago and have been playing all day. What's going on?

Sorry to hear about that error message your getting!  Please have a look at https://billing.microsoft.com/ and make sure you don't see any "red flags" on your billing information and what I mean by that is "make sure all of your information is correct, not outstanding balances etc"  Thanks! :)
