Can't connect two xbox's to Live on the same router.

Basically I have an xbox, my sister has an xbox, whenever I'm on xbox live and she connects to live, I get disconnected. The weird thing is when she's connected to live I can't connect at all and she doesn't get booted off =S My xbox is directly connected to the router via ethernet cable and her xbox is connected via wireless. This is the first time I've noticed the problem and felt like this would probably be the best place to ask, any help would be appreciated =D

Yes, this is because you router can not handle so many connections. I would first reset your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. If the problem still keeps occuring then I would get a new router. Other than that you may also give Xbox Customer Support a call at 1800-4-MY-XBOX, they can help you more on this issue and get to the bottom of it. I hope this helps you, hope to see you both connected very soon!

Hi,

Please read:- forums.xbox.com/.../9.aspx

And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Thanks
