Can't connect; Tried seemingly everything

I'm having an issue conning my Xbox 360 to the internet. Here's my information:

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Kentucky, US
Modem brand & model number:
 **** CM550A
Router brand & model number:
 NETGEAR WGR614 vB
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
UPnP is currently enabled, but I've tried it without
NAT doesn't appear to be an issue, but I set it to open tried setting up a DMZ
Not seeing an error code
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Insight Communications
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)
W: 0000 - 0008
X: 8001 - 1005
Y: 0000 - 0000
Z: 0000 - 0000
ID: 0001 - 0007

Hey there Chris! I understand you are having some issues connecting to LIVE. Can you clarify your issue a little more; are you completely unable to connect to LIVE, or are you being disconnected at certain times? What are you doing when you get disconnected? Let me know, thanks!

It's not even connecting to my network. I also tried a direct connection to the modem which also didn't help.

Thanks for the update. Alright, you can't connect to the network then. Do you get an error message of any kind when it fails to connect to the network? Check out the "Configuration errors" section of this page (support.xbox.com/.../errors) and see if any of the steps in those suggestions help. Post back here with what you try and what works and doesn't work. Thanks!
