I was just online 3 hours ago, and now when I go to sign in it says "can't connect to Xbox live". I tested the connection and it connects to the Internet, but it can't connect to Live. I unplugged my router for 2 mins, started it back up and the same thing.
I live in FL, so is there possibly an outage or update or something?
whenever you rebooot router you always reboot modem as well, its always good to unplug bolth for about 5 minutes then plug modem in first wait for lights to come on then plug in router and wait then boot up xbox first, also ports on router should be open
