Can't connect to Xbox Live

When I try to sign in and connect to xbox live, I get the error message 80151909, xbox says its a download profile problem, but when I test connection, my network is fine, but it won't connect to the internet.  I also use a laptop and other devices and they work fine, Its been at least two days and still have the same problem with my xbox.  I reset my network settings and still have the problem.  I use a wireless connection

dont do that. it just makes the problem worse. It isnt just you. i have been having frequent disconnects for about a week now, and as soon as i did the "Clear cache 3 times" thing, it just disconnects even more frequently.
