Can't connect to Xbox Live

Hello Community! Since this morning I'm not able to get access to xbox live. Yesterday there was no problem with that. Today, I wanted to download a game but while it was being downloaded, I was kicked from xbox live. Since then I'm not able to get access. When I'm logging in into my profile I can see that e.g. my Friends are online. But it keeps loading and loading and I can't get to the Marketplace. After some time I get various error codes like 800705b4 or 80072ee2. I was also able to redownload my profile. Is there a way to solve that? sorry if my english isn't the best, I'm from Germany. greetz

Sorry to hear you're having issues with downloading from the marketplace.

There are a couple of different solutions in our Troubleshoot Xbox Live downloads article, including one specifically for the 80072EE2 error you're seeing. 


If none of the suggestions on that page help resolve your loading issue, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to contact your local Chat or Phone Support. They'll be best equipped to look into your account with you and sort things out.

Somehow it's working now, even if I did nothing at all. I've just waited a couple days.
