can't connect to xbox live

Good day

I still cannot connect to xbox live. I did restart my xbox and router but nothing. i did talk to xbox support person but still nothing. 

My nat is open and it say services is all available, but when i do a network test  it say, " your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues." there is a problem on your side. this is what i explain but the people don't understand. Fix the problem! i pay a lot of money for games and for my xbox live!

xbox support, live whoever is to be held accountable for this *** WE the customers have to endure (meaning faulty product) why don't we get reimbursed or discounted or what ever... all you guys ever do is blame our ISP... it's never 'YOUR' fault.. smh wtf ever

Have you tried signing out of your profile and signing back in?  It has worked for a lot of gamers.  Good Luck!

When I run my network connection test it says its all good and I'm connected, but then it says service info is unavailable. When I go to my desktop, theres a empty box that says connect to xbox live. I reset my router, logged out and logged back in, etc. and nothing works. I've looked all over this website and a lot of people are having the same problem, but get no help. This problem has been going on for the last week or so. What the f*** xbox? Maybe this is why everyone is switching to ps4...

What is going on with xbox one network connectivity?  Even Edge days "server error".  I have no connection and 100% packet loss

You are correct.  Social and Gaming services are having issues.  support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status

I have the same issue go to play online kicks me out yet done all the tests and all is ok, surely Xbox live must be having problems

Just sign out of your account on your xbox and everything will start working. Then just sign back on. I had all the same problems and that just worked for me.

Hey everyone.

Really sorry to hear about the connection troubles you're having. It sounds like there's an assortment of issues here, and networking trouble can be due to a varying set of reasons.

If you haven't tried already please first completely power down your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until the Xbox One powers off. Once your Xbox One is off unplug your network hardware completely for 30 seconds and then reconnect everything. Once you you're all reconnect turn your Xbox One on and try powering on again.

If you're still having trouble try signing in with a different account to see if there's any change. If you're able to sign in with a different account try removing your profile and add it back with the steps here. Be sure not to remove it if you're not able to sign in with a different account, as that will leave you without an account until we can help clear up the issue.

If after all that and you're still having trouble, please create new individual threads describing the error and what you've tried so that we can provide the best support. Thank you!
