Can't connect to XBox Live!

I've read and tried the steps suggested in stickied threads but I can't connect still, so here is the information for my system and such:

What Country/State/Province do you live in?: US, New York

Modem brand & model number: Unknown

Router brand & model number: Unknown

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?: Internal Adapter

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 00A8 - 4820

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: FFFF - FFFF

L: 8015 - 1000

Q: 8015 - 1004

T: Wireless

D: 209.18.47.61, 209.18.47.62

S: WEP

C: 1

Also more info: I can connect to the internet just not Xbox Live.

When I am trying to connect it is while playing Assassin's Creed: Revelations to try and get the exclusive content I got when I got the game. A window pops up occasionally in game for a split second, it looks like it is trying to update but it never does.
