can't connect to xbox live when using hdmi cable

every time i plug in the hdmi cable xbox cant connect to wireless  when i try again with  the standard quality cable wireless start working again, this happen to 2 of my hdmi cable,

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown no
Is NAT Type Open?  no
Any Error Codes you encounter: no
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? dsl
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? sky boardband
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

I have the same problem with mine now. I have a Vizio 32 inch televison, the 250 GB Xbox slim and an HDMI cable I just bought. It works fine with the AV but can't connect to live with the HDMI in. I tried unplugging the AV and plugging in the HDMI but my Xbox freezes up... I need a solution because this is the 2nd day I haven't been able to have Xbox Live in a row.

Hey again! I didn't see this posted (sorry if I missed it) but have you tried any other Xbox consoles with your TV, maybe borrow a friend's console? If this happens with multiple consoles and multiple HDMI cables, I'm going to start pointing fingers at the TV. Maybe give the manufacturer a call and see if this is a common issue for them and if they have any suggestions?

the tv have no wifi, i dont have the wireless adapter for it.

Is your TV connected via wifi as well? I'm thinking there is a relationship between your TV's wireless connectivity and the Xbox. Could you try turning off the wifi adapter on the TV and see if your console is then able to connect?

i have a smart tv  so yes it have internet connectivity the first hdmi cable is a high speed one and the second one is a standard grade hdmi cable.
