Can't connect to Xbox Live for 2 days now...

I don't know why, I'm asked my mail and password... and I don't think I have any password.

I get the message go to Xbox.com/forgot but it really doesn't help...

Every account has a password. It should prompt you with the email s oyou know what your Microsoft Account email is just follow the links to recover a password on the website and it should help you reset your password or by going to the link here to reset it

ONce reset make sure you sign in and go to "Edit Security Info" and make sure there are two confirmed proofs on your account before signing in again on xbox.

Its just a security update from Microsoft to Ensure your profile and its information is secure

When you created your account it would have prompted you for a password. If you use Live, Hotmail or Outlook as your email address for you Xbox Live account, it is the same password you use to log in to those email accounts.
