Since I got my XBOX 360 I haven't been able to connect to XBOX Live. I got the unit 6 months ago but have not been really actively using it due to busy schedules. A few times I have tried connecting to XBOX Live but still my XBOX could not connect. I have already exhausted all solutions from XBOX support website and even contacted my modem/router (2WIRE) help desk to check and verify my port forwarding setup (ok!) but still cant connect to XBOX Live.
I really hope you can help. Need advice if the unit is faulty asap so I can return it while still under warranty.
