I use Xbox LIVE up to 12 hours a day and haven't been able to connect for a few weeks and am going to buy a PS3 if my issues don't resolve very soon. I have answered the bold questions and hope that you get back to me in time to save my  business with Microsoft.

Hey Cole, sorry to hear about the issues connecting to LIVE! Thanks for providing that info, but I have a couple questions on what's been tried so far--when you tried a wireless connection, was it to the router, or your modem? Also, what settings did you reset exactly?
