Can't connect to XBL can any one help?

When I connect to xbox live it doesn't let me, when I do a connection test it says I can connect to the network, internet and Xbox live but it says service alert on service and xbox stores.

I've rebooted my router 3 times but that hasn't helped.

 

Anymore suggestions to what I can do?
