Can't connect to the internet

I was in the middle of playing on xbox live when the power went out last night, now I am unable to get it to connect o the internet. I have reset the router, modem, and console. None of this worked, however our computers will work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you know if the power break was caused by lightning?

  • Try a different Ethernet cable. (If your using Ehternet)

  • If your using a wireless connection try using Ethernet cable instaed.

  • If don't have a modem router built in. Try connect the Ethernet cable directly to the modem.

Hello Knockouts!

This is certainly a frustrating issue! I would suggest doing what taidara suggested :) There can be many causes for why you cannot connect. So let us know about the details. By the way, are you able to connect to your internet at home or is it just the xbox live connection that's having the issue connecting to the internet?
