After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

X: 0000 - F001
Y: 20A8 - 4840
Z: 0000 - 0000
ID: FFFF - FFFF
L:  0015 - 10F0
Q: 8007 - 0435
T: Wireless
D: 192.168.1.1254, 75.153.176.9
S: WPA2

Hi there inpr0gress,

Same definitely has a great suggestion with opening your ports.

There is also a known issue with that Actiontec Modem where it may have issues trying to connect wirelessly using WPA/WPA2 security mode. You might want to try using No Security or WEP.


Please let us know how that all goes and we'll work from there.
