Can't connect to network

I was having issues with Mass Effect 3's multiplayer and figured it was because of wireless strength. I went into my network settings and opened up a QoS and set my router to always assign the same IP address. Then, I wasn't able to connect any more.

I've tried everything--setting manual settings for IP/Gateway, reverting the changes I made, restarting my Xbox. No dice.

Just for posterity, QoS is not required for the Xbox, but DHCP Reservation is a must if you use DMZ or Port Forwards.
