Can't connect to Multiplayer on any game.

Can't sign into The Elder Scrolls Online Xbox One NA server or any other Multiplayer game. On TESO it says, "Xbox Live Account selected does not have Multiplayer privileges. Please select an account with Xbox Live Gold, or update permissions" My account is 100% active and up to date. Checked my Networking settings and they are also actively working.

 

What's wrong?

I am having the exact same problem with ESO that MLVLTDxWAR had back in October.  Network is up, Xbox Live Gold account is current through August 2016, but apparently "does not have multiplayer privileges."  How does one get this fixed?!
