Really annoying, I haven't been able to connect to live for a few weeks. Finally sat down to sort it out today but getting nowhere with the standard support models.
- Can't connect to Live.
- Now getting an update alert saying I need it before being able to access Live
- Since I couldn't access Live to begin with it's just an endless loop of frustration.
- Also, my account was supposed to auto renew in November, when this kinda started happening. On my Live account it says it has but nothings showing up in my bank. I'm thinking this must be part of the issue but have no idea where to go with it.
