Can't connect to live

I have two 360's in my house, an old one and the new black one. The old one can connect to live but the new one just the Internet and fails to connect to live. Both are on the same wireless, using the same account. I've retarted everything and unplugged everything, waited a fair ammount of time and tried again, with the same results. I used the new 360 about a week ago and it had no problem. Any ideas?

This is a common result when running 2 consoles behind a router that can not handle both consoles' incoming traffic.

You can try to set your one console to the DMZ and see if this corrects the problem.

What Router do you have in your setup?

This may be a dumb question, but, you're not trying trying to log on live with the same account on both boxes at the same time are you?   Also, have you transferred your profile to your new box?  You've obviously done a connection test so it leads me to think that it's a profle(account)/password issue.  Take a peek at your sign-in preferences to ensure you're logging in under the correct account with the correct password.
