Can't connect to LIVE

Hi there,

Just after installing the last 20 June 2012 update I'm no more able to connect to XBOX LIVE, although nothing has changed regarding my network configuration. Anyway, following your troubleshoot and your sticky posts I've done almost every single thing possible. Changed MTU, forwarded ports,  turning off then on both router and console. Nothing worked. Strangely enough, when I inserted TEKKEN 6 DVD (willing to play offline as there is no LIVE), I got a notification that I must download an  update for the game??

Anyway, here is my status:

W: 0000 - 000B

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0006 - 0000

L: 8015 - 0002

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: Wired

A: 192.168.1.2 /  255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.1.1

D: 192.168.1.1 / 0.0.0.0

Thanks for your help

Have you tried restoring factory defaults?

Got to your system settings and then network configuration. Once their select your network and slide across to additional settings, once their go to the bottom of the menu and Restore to Factory Defaults. This should fix your issue.

Try removing the update from your HDD and re-installing it.

1

Go to the Xbox 360 dashboard. If your Xbox 360 is off, turn it on. If you're playing a game on your Xbox 360, click the button in the center of your controller, go to the "Settings" menu, scroll down to "System Settings" and press "A." This will take you from the game to the dashboard and allow you to skip to Step 4.

2

Scroll up or down to go to the "My Xbox" menu.

3

Scroll right to go to the "System Settings" menu, and press the "A" button.

4

Scroll down to go to "Memory," and press the "A" button.

5

Scroll down to go to "Hard Drive," and press the "A" button.

6

Scroll down to "Clear System Cache," and press the "A" button.

7

Select "Yes" and press the "A" button when prompted to confirm that you would like to "perform maintenance on your Xbox 360 storage devices" and continue. Wait for the updates to be removed and go back to the dashboard.

NOTE: Must be done while offline

Thanks ATKG Solstice for your advice and your time and effort. Actually, I mentioned before that I had already tried clearing the cache. Any way, just to be sure, I did it again. Didn't work. But are you sure it removes the update?? I tried inserting a usb stick with the update (as downloading it always fails ) and I wasn't prompted to update.

Something is not going alright with that update. And MICROSOFT staff remain MYSTERIOUSLY SILENT.

If you are wireless please try connecting wired to the router or modem to get the update
