Can't Connect to CoD Games Online

Hello, today I was playing online/multiplayer with my friends when suddenly was signed out of xbox live. I go to the dashboard and it signs me back in so I launch MW3 again and right when I click "Multiplayer" it signs me out. Earlier I was greeted with a message saying that some Xbox Live features are temporarily disabled. Is this the reason? I also tried playing Black Ops and it did the same EXACT thing, signed me out right when i clicked Multiplayer. I tested my connection and it was all fine. I don't know what to do. Im going to try and see if I can connect to Halo online to see if it is only Call of Duty. Any suggestions? Thanks
