Can't connect my Xbox to Xbox Live Error 80151901

I'm having troubles connecting to xbox live. Both of my xbox's will not connect to xbox live, and both get this error code. One of my xbox's is a slim and connects wireless and the other is an elite which is direct connected. BOTH of these systems will not connect and have the same problem. I was just on a chat with a person named "Tera" and for some reason she disconnected -.- She acted like she wanted to help and get this fixed, but just disconnected instead. 

Also my computer and phone are both connecting to the internet, just not my xbox's? I need help :(

It would really help us if you could give a little detail on what you were doing when the error occurred.

I have seen that error code associated with corrupt profiles in the past, you may want to try these steps:

Delete the profile

Clear your system cache - 3 times

Turn off your system

Turn on your system

Download the profile

Let us know and we'll work with you from there.
