I'm having a problem with switching my gamertag to a different Windows Live ID. This is a step-by-step of what happens:
- Enter Your Old Windows Live ID (Done)
- Sign in (Done)
- Enter the New Windows Live ID (Done)
- Password (Done)
- Changing Windows Live ID from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (Done)
- Message, "Do you want to change Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE account?"
As soon as I do, I get the following ERROR:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE.
Please try again later.
Status code: 80154023
What is going on with my account? (And before you ask, YES I have access to both accounts, YES I'm inputting the correct IDs/passwords, and YES both addresses are valid.)
