Can't change Auto-Renewal?

I've been trying to change my auto-renewal settings for almost a week now, and every time I go through the process, it says "An error occured cancelling automatic renewal." I've tried using different browsers, and even a different computer, and nothing seems to work. What's going on?

You have to clear your cookies and page history. Google Chrome can keep you in a loop. It will work with FireFox or IE.

As i said clear the history and it will work.

The cancel auto renewal should take you to the contact page.

You need to phone support to change this option.

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

ngocphi - every time I click the change by the auto renewal it takes me to the contact us page.

Do it do the same for you?

technically all regions can turn off autorenewal  online (changed this month juan )

 

but when there is a problem its best to call support

nope - if its off you have to call to turn it back on - that's the reason I see it that way

So on can be changed to off on xbox.com off to on needs to call support.. ;-)
