Can't cancel automatic-renewal

I've previously already turned off the auto-renewal and was still billed this month, and every time I go into my account it says that I have Gold, have been billed, and the renewal is on, but also whenever I go into the section to turn off the renewal it brings up that I have Xbox Silver, and that it is off.

What do?
