Can't agree to new Terms of Use

Basically I can't agree to the new terms of use as I don't know the details of the parent account linked to mine - Not even the e-mail - I can't promote my account to an adult or link it to a new parent account with agreeing to the new terms of use - I can't even find out the parent account I'm linked to without agreeing to the new terms

So if you could fix it it would be nice
