Can't Add Member To Xbox Live Gold Family Pack

I have added 2 accounts to my family pack and I am having trouble adding the last account. Whenever I put in all the information, I get to the point where it asks [insert name here], do you want to join this family?... I select Yes but then an error pops up saying "Can't sign in using your Microsoft account. Please try again. If the problem continues, go to https://account.live.com. I followed that link and the account signed in fine there but it is still not allowing me to add the account to my family pack. I have deleted and redownloaded the gamertag profile multiple times but this issue keeps popping up.

Hey Khmer Shadow. It is possible that the gamertag has a parent account attached to it you will need to contact support so that they can check if there is a gamertag (parent account) associated to that gamertag and they can help you remove it from that parent account and you should be able to add it after.
