I can't access Xbox Live. Within the console, I'm getting an error that my 'membership is suspended until you update your payment option." So, I've updated my account via the console (with an updated debit card) and still getting the issue.
However, when I go to www.xbox.com/account - I can log in but when I select "My Account" - I get an error page that says:Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.
