Can't access Xbox Live or Access "My Account"

I can't access Xbox Live. Within the console, I'm getting an error that my 'membership is suspended until you update your payment option." So, I've updated my account via the console (with an updated debit card) and still getting the issue.

However, when I go to www.xbox.com/account - I can log in but when I select "My Account" - I get an error page that says:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

This generally means there is a billing issue with your account, for example your payment method may have expired and there has been a lapse in billing. This can only be solved by contacting phone support: support.xbox.com/contact-us

Call Customer Support. Make sure you choose the "billing" option, and they will be able to help you out.
