That is really strange! From what I've read, the hard reset should fix it, so is really strange that its not. I'll have to leave this for a support agent sorry, hopefully they should be able to shed some light :)

I can sign out of my account and go to settings. It's just my account that doesn't work.

Hey mate,

How did you manage the factory reset, as that is done through the settings menu?

Also, are you a part of the Preview Program?

I've done a bit of research, and can see others have experienced this issue, however no one has yet found a fix. Hopefully one of the helpful Support Team will jump in and help :)

Cheers

Denaz

Hey mate,

I would try power cycling your console. You can do this by having the xbox on, then holding down the power button on the front until the console switches off. Leave it for a couple of minutes, then turn it back on. You should go first to the green xbox screen before it takes you to the sign in page, the green xbox screen shows that the power cycle has been done correctly, so make sure that shows.

Once that is done, you should find that you are able to access your setting, however if not, let us know and we'll take it from there :)

Cheers
