Can't access my privacy and online settings

I click 'my account', then go to privacy and online settings, enter my password and email and get this: ''Uh oh...that shouldn't have happened.'' I'm also told I found a glitch in the system. What is this? It's been going on for days. Please help me out here, guys.

Most likely you have a child account.  If you are over 18 go to Settings -> Account on your console and see if there's an option to Promote Account.  If you are not over 18 then you need to use your PARENT e-mail and password, not yours.

That is no good. What is the GT of your Parent account? I would like to look into the back-end and make sure everything is OK.

Can you guys try to login to Xbox.com using your parent's e-mail and password and see if there is a gamertag there or not? If there isn't a gamertag attached then one will automatically be generated for you. You may also need to agree to some sort of terms and conditions, if that comes up agree to them after reading them over.

Once you're sure you have a gamertag associated with the parental account and everything looks good, try to logout of the parental account and log back into your own account on Xbox.com and then try to edit your privacy and online settings. See if this let's you get past the "glitch" error.
