can't access my account

i get an error message that i found a glitch in the system whenever i click on the my account button on the top right. is this something wrong with my computer, (i tried it on 3 different ones and got the same message) or is it something with the website.

p.s.- it is still trying to charge an old credit card and i dont know how to get it to charge the new one (auto renewal is set to the new one, but one online fee is still being charged)

Hey there Brightside! I think that the pending charge may be the cause of this issue, but either way it's something you want to sort out sooner rather than later. What you'll need to do is contact us directly and speak with a billing agent. They'll be able to help you get any charges and payment methods squared away. Once that's done, try logging into the site again and see if that works. Let us know how that goes, thanks!
