I was on the phone with someone from customer support and he told me that because I can't access the email tied to my xbox live gamertag I should come to this and post here. So anyways, I used the questionaire and cannot recover anything. The new security proofs have locked me out of my account because I was hacked 2 years ago and being the kid I was changed the password but no info on the email. Being unable to access xbox live on that account due to not having the password (Which I can't reset). So I was wondering if I could get any help on resetting my information?
