Can't access my account and can't use any password reset options

I was on the phone with someone from customer support and he told me that because I can't access the email tied to my xbox live gamertag I should come to this and post here. So anyways, I used the questionaire and cannot recover anything. The new security proofs have locked me out of my account because I was hacked 2 years ago and being the kid I was changed the password but no info on the email. Being unable to access xbox live on that account due to not having the password (Which I can't reset). So I was wondering if I could get any help on resetting my information?

yes you must work with the windows live team at answers.microsoft.com

they are the only ones who can help you

if after 2 tries with service request numbers that you get at the end

you may contact xbox support and provide them with the sr numbers and they may help you further

however you still have to meet the requirements

Call Xbox live support, since you've filled out that form, they can help you get a manuel password reset on their end. You can still use answers.micorosoft.com and they can help you there too. But if you'd like phone support Xbox support can surely help you with resetting your password as well, just make sure to tell them you've filled out the form and that they said you didn't provide enough information.

I did call. He told me to go to answers.microsoft.com        But we got off the phone before he told me what to post under. So I just hit xbox and didn't think about the fact it sent me here.
