Can't access Ambassador forum / Getting started guide

Hello everyone,

A few days ago I received the message that I got accepted into the Xbox Community Ambassador program.

So I opened up Windows Live Messenger and received a request from the Xbox Ambassador account & then I was able to answer questions.

But whenever I try to open the 'Getting Started Guide' or the link to the private 'Ambassador Forum' I receive this message:

Group Not Found

The requested Group cannot be found.
Does anyone know why this happens or how to resolve this? I'd really like to be able to access the guide & the forums.

You must be signed in on the xbox forums then click the link also the forums have been experiencing bugs today but are almost gone try signing in then clicking the link

I am signed in to Xbox Forums and it still doesn't work. I also tried it yesterday & it still gives me the same error.

Hello Darcy, thanks for that. So I've been browsing the forums for a few minutes & tried the link in my e-mail again, but I'm still unable to access the Ambassador forums. Shall I wait just a bit longer? Or try again tomorrow? It's been more than 48 hours since I received that e-mail, so I think normally I should have already been able to access the forums.

Ok, this morning I tried again & still no luck... Could you please fix this for me? It's been more than 72 hours now... Help is very appreciated :-)

I get that error from time to time too and I don't know why. Try clearing out your browsers cache and see if that helps. Sometimes that works and sometimes it clears up on its own. However, 3 days is a long time for that to go on.

Well it seems like other people are also having the issue, but not like they are never able (and never have been able) to access the Ambassador Forums. So please, can someone from Microsoft resolve this for me? Thank you again! :)

It doesn't look like you have the Ambassador emblem either. Even if it was something with your browser, I think (as non-Ambassador, I can't say for sure) you should have that showing up if it's working properly.

It can take up to a week to be fully activated, so please be patient.

If the issue continues past a week, that may be a problem. But even then your solution lies

by contacting xbox support via twitter @XboxSupport & they will get you up and running.
