Can't access account - getting - Uh oh ...that shouldn't have happened

I am getting the following message when I try to access my account. I was asked for a security code and I provided it but I still can't get into my account.

Sorry to hear about the account troubles. I seem to have found the issue.

Looking into your account it appears you are currently under a "Billing Suspension" for Xbox Live.  

Your best path for a resolution would be to call Phone Support. They are best equipped to assist with billing situations.
