Can't acces My Account page

Yeah so I've been trying to get to the My Account page in order to turn off the auto renewal on my payment option but every time I click on the link to lead me to the page I just get an error page instead so I can't even turn off auto-renewal. I really don't want to contact support either because that is such a pain. Anyone else having problems accessing that page?

I haven't run into this issue at all today. If you don't want to contact support about turning off auto renewal, then I would do some maintainence on your browser. Clear your history and cookies and see if that helps you out. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer, then I would try using IE instead.
