Can't accept the New Terms.

I can't accept the New Terms of Xbox Live, when I click "Accept" they ask for the approval of my parents account, but I don't remember what account is bound to my own.

Unless you or your parents can access the "Parental Account", Support agents are unable to provide assistance when the account's information is involved. You'll need to contact phone support for further assistance, 1800-4MY-XBOX (1800-469-9269)
