Can't accept new terms and conditions, forgot parental account password

My parents made my xbox account a long time ago. I can't accept the new terms and conditions because you need the parental account password which my parents forgot. The e-mail on the account is also expired so I can't get a new password sent to that e-mail. I asked my mom to enter the security question specific to her but she doesn't know the answer. Did I just lose my xbox live account?

Since you don't have access to the parental account anymore, the next step would be to use the Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist. They'll be able to work through your options with you to help get things sorted.

hello, before you call us what I can suggest is to submit an ACSR form to recover the parent account once you receive an email from the automated system saying "sorry you did not provide enough information..." you can call support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and let the representative know that you already submitted the ACSR form and received an email, because attached to that email there with be an Account Recovery Request number that the rep will need to help you out further.
