No, they have different plugs.  The Xbox One uses a proprietary connection.

You can use it for in game audio, not for chatting. An adapter to make turtle beach headsets compatiable with xbox one should be available early next year

That is retarded.  I have been trying to figure out why they cannot ship an adaptor with the system since they have been planning this launch for a long time.  So now I have a next generation gaming console and  the audio and chat that throws me back to the stone age.   I surprised that two cans connected by string did not come with the system.

Well to be fair and honest MS doesnt make high end head sets. And this has been known for months that 360 accessories would not be compatiable with the new console

Really dude? I've been on the box and XBL since it started. I've owned 3 original boxes, 2 first gen 360's, 2 3rd gen 360's and now the Day One edition of this POS.  Not once in the many reviews I saw prior to the release did I see anything about a proprietary headset connection. Why would ANY company feel they needed to reinvent this wheel when the rest of the modern world uses 2.5 or 3.5mm coaxial audio plugs because they are the industry standard?

Hope this helps with your question: I have the TB XP400, I was able to modify the Xbox one stock head set adaptor to work with the TB XP 400. It work just like it did before now I have separate game sound and party chat; you can find the directions if you google it.
