Can you leave the battery on the quick charge kit for a long period of time after charging?

Hey guys, I'm just wondering about the problem I mentioned in the title, is it okay to leave the battery on the quick charge kit after charging, say for example until the other battery in use? (around 3 weeks or so). I'm asking this because based on my personal experience, the battery pack tends to lose a considerable amount of charge if I don't use it for a while, the users manual says it will not damage the battery if I just leave it on there after charging, but I'm just not sure how long can I actually do that.

Thanks for any input

As long as you see it shut off after a few hours it should be fine. I had one where it didn't shut off and the battery became quite warm. RMA'ed it and it was fine afterward.

It should be amber when charging and green when fully charged. The 360 will continue to charge a battery pack if it was doing so before being turned off, however the light should go dark once the pack is fully charged when the console is powered off. My problem was that it wasn't. It kept charging even though I know it had charged long enough.

I'm talking about the quick charge kit, not play and charge, well, I know the charge kit auto shuts it off then there is no battery attached, now there is one battery on the quick charge kit right now on green light for 3 hours and it's not warm at all, I'm just wondering if I can just leave this thing until the battery I'm using right now. The green light will eventually shuts off am I correct? Sorry for asking so many n00b questions :(

You should be fine to leave your battery on the Quick Charge kit, as it will stop charging the battery once it's done. :)
