Can someone please tell me what this means

Can someone help me and tell me what this means above. on my x box live account under transfer content licences it has the above, I replaced the numbers with x's but they are 2 different numbers. Does it mean we own 2 X boxes?  We only own 1 X box  and have only ever owned 1 so how is it that 2 console ID's are listed?

have you had a console repaired? Sometimes they just send a refurb console instead of sending back your original console.

Yep I'd say that was a refurbed one you got back instead of your original one. I saw the same thing when I got around to doing a license transfer a while back.

Never, it was purchased brand new at Toys R Us about 10 months ago and has never left this house.

Yeah, happened to me as well with the referb back from MS when I sent mine in.  Have you transfered your account to another XBox (say a friends) and then bought content on it?  Those are about the only two situations I could think of where you would have two console ID numbers listed.

Think of it like this: when you look at that page, you're looking at it terms of the account, not the console. This is showing all the consoles that this account has purchased content on, thus attaining console licenses. It appears this account has purchased 15 items, one of which was on a different console.

My son does not recall "purchasing" content on a different console.  How is it possible to "purchase" content when there are no points tied to the account or a credit card?

is the one listed as "14 licenses" match your console ID (you can find your console ID in the setup screens to compare)?

You can purchase content using xbox live points card, or a credit card.  To get those 14 licenses, someone would have had to purchase them.  Are you saying you don't even know why you have those 14 licenses show upas well?

licenses can also include demos or addons purchased with a game

I didn't realize that demos show up as a license, but I guess that makes sense.

In any case, the 14 items are stuff either purchased or demoed from the marketplace.
