Can not Connect to Xbox Live

I can not go Live.

I use a wired lan connection and I can reach the network but can`t access to the Internet.

It`s like I connect to the modem but modem can`t connect me to internet

(plus I did what ever on xbox live support but it didn`t help)

Can Anyone help me I want my live back

as I said I did all of the steps in this guide carefully but it didn`t work

I'm haveing the same problem, as is my friend on his colsole at his house, not even connecting to the network, nevermind to xbox live, got a feeling its something to do with the new update that's been put out?

Hey there Sylvatic!
Can you take a quick look at START HERE! And Post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold under the title "Make a post").

Make sure everything is connect properly. No loose ends.
Have you tried a different Ethernet cable or try connect the current one to your PC or Mac?
Can you try reset your modem/router and see if that solves anything. Also, make sure you have the latest firmware for your router. Visit the manufactures website and download the latest update (if this can be done).

Post back with details. And let us know if this solved anything.

Also try unplugging your router from your wall for about 1min then reboot it back up clear system catch and test the connection
