Go to the system settings of your console ("My Xbox", then all the way to the right). Go to the network settings and choose your Wireless connection if necessary. Then go right once more to the advanced network settings.

On the advanced settings, reset the network settings to factory default.

Then go back to the "normal" network settings, and let the console scan for your wireless network. Enter the WEP Passphrase. Now check if the console automatically recieved an IP address, and do a network check to Xbox Live.

Did that work?

Hi,

WEP is your issue you cannot use it with wireless N. Please change to WPA2(AES) security instead.

If all your devices are set to IP Address Auto/Obtain an ip address automatic there should be no conflict. If that is the case try WPA2(AES) security

What version of firmware are you using on the Dlink. I don't know of any issues connecting to that router with the Xbox360S unless your using WEP which isn't supported. So you tried WPA2(AES) and it still didn't work. What about a wireless mac address list do you have one configured ?

You could also try turning off (as a test) all wireless security to ensure it connects and work up from there by adding security back on
