Can connect, but having rubber banding/lag issues

Have had my Xbox Slim for years, same ISP for 2 years, never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. Profile can't connect to Live, sometimes I can select "Connect to Live" from menu and it works, other times I need to run the connectivity test once or twice to say it's connected and no errors show. If I join a MP match (BF4) I get serious lag/rubberbanding. I cleared the cache, I've reset my network, I've tested different games, tried different things in-game, and I've contacted my ISP. My ISP changed the channel, rebooted the router, and didn't see anything wrong on there end system wise (I did order a new router to eliminate that from the problem list, but don't get that till Monday/Tuesday). So nothing has fixed this, at all. Once I'm connected, Netflix and TV apps work fine, but once I try MP on anything, I run into problems. So, help anyone?
