Can ´t connect to the wireless network

Hi there,

After moving to a new apartment, my xbox doesn´t want to connect to the wireless network.

I tested it at a friends house to make sure it´s not the xbox itself, but it connected straight away there.

I have tried to contact the suport on Microsoft, ISP( Internet Service Provider), and to Jensen Scandinavic, wich is the brand the router is.

But it seems that they don´t have a clue either.

I have tried reading around the web, and tried both this and that, but I still can´t figure it out, and I´m pretty green on this subject.

I am using a Xbox 360S, with the built in Wifi.

And the router is a Jense Scandinavic 8930.

I also live in Norway, and the ISP is Canal digital.

I ran a network test on the console and got these numbers;

W: 0000  0000

X: 8000  0011

Y: 0000  0000

Z: 0000  0000

ID: 0000 0006

L: 0015  10F1

Q: 8007  0435

T: Wireless

A: 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0.

G:0.0.0.0.  0.0.0.0.

D: 0.0.0.0.,  0.0.0.0.

N: Airlink 89300

S: WPA2

C:0

I´m also posting the numbers in the basic settings box, just in case it helps:

IP settings: Automatic

IP adress: 0.0.0.0.

Subnet Mask: 0.0.0.0.

Gateway: 0.0.0.0.

DNS Settings: Automatic

Primary DNS server: 0.0.0.0.

Secondary DNS server: 0.0.0.0.

Looking forward to replies.

Did you find the area on the 360 where you restore to factory defaults?

Also when you rebooted your router, did you just turn it of and back on again?

Power cycling has to be done on all of the network equipment (modem and router) by unplugging from the wall. Whewn no power is going to the device and is plugged back in, the device does a hard reset.

Greetings Eagle!

There is no information regarding your router to be found. Could you find out if there is any more information about the model number for your router other than 8930. Is this a modem with built-in router?
