Brand new 360 Slim stuck rebooting when powered on

The universe must not want me to game. 1 month ago my house was broken into and my old Xbox 360's were stolen. I finally got insurance money and replaced them with two Xbox 360 slims. I have been using my slim 250gb for two weeks with no problems. Now, every time I try to turn it on, it takes up to an hour to finally get it to boot to the dashboard. I get the green lights going around the circle, I start to hear the startup sound and then the sound cuts out, the lights go off, and then it repeats over and over and over until it eventually boots to the dashboard.

I am extremely frustrated right now. I spent 5 days downloading all my content to this new console after transferring the licenses and now I can't even use it. All I want to do is be able to play the pile of brand new games I have sitting here. I thought the slim was supposed to be problem free? Has anyone else heard of this? Aside from this guy on youtube? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsPiL54nrxc
