Bought gold, but did not receive gold membership

Just bought gold of the dashboard, confirmed and all, but got an error after and do not have gold membership on my account; please help.

Please confirm the transaction went through properly, and you were charged to begin with. In certain cases when error's occur you are not charged completely and are refunded. You can do so by visiting your transaction history here.

Once you've confirmed you were charged you can then contact phone support to see if they can refund this for you so you can try again at a later time or see if they can perhaps fix the issue. You're not the only one that's gone through this with regards to purchasing a membership and not getting what you paid for. It seems like it's an error going around since last night and it's being worked on.
