Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there may be an issue with getting disconnected from the Xbox Live.

To help clarify: What device are you using?

If you are on the Xbox One console,  I recommend to try the following resource article: "I'm getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live". Try using an ethernet connection for that direct access to your network.

Try this out and let us know the results.

If you mean network issues what's your setup? Wired or WiFi?

If you mean Enforcemenent bans see How not to get booted offline on xbox

Are you booted off of Xbox Live, still logged into your Xbox Live Profile, or is your profile signed out?  Or are you booted out of a game still connected to XBL and/or your profile?

Each of those options can provide differnet troubleshooting steps.

If it's your profile being signed out, the FIRST thing to do would be to change your account password, and possibly add in two factor authentication, at your Microsoft Account page.  And this page has details on 2FA.

Bro, I am so tired of getting banned for the smallest of things like sending a message to a player who is unsporting. I write one thing and immediately these people feel the need to report me. Especially in a M+ rated game. Either these individuals need to grow a pair or its their kids playing, which they shouldn't since its for mature audiences only. Not that it makes that much of a difference. These people would have never survived the game chat lobbies 10 years back. And microsoft shouldn't be going this hard for something so trivial especially since this is not a kids game. Today people get ticked off for the littlest of things. It would be one thing if the game I were playing Teen or Everyone rated game, but seriously Microsoft for a M rated game and one improper word im suspened.?

Ridiculously outrageous!

Also keep in mind there are a few games out there that use a peer-to-peer setup so you are at the mercy of the slowest connection and the cards can come tumbling down at any moment causing everyone to crash. Just food for thought.
