Peace. I recently purchased a new 360 bluetooth headset and had it paired to the new xbox slim and my new phone (samsung admire) and it was working but it somehow is now unable to connect to the phone and it is not even registering on the phone when I scan for devices.  What could be the problem?  I would appreciate the help if anyone knows.

im having the same problem ive tried clearing but in the video he says 5 seconds and on the support site it says 10. which is it ms? also when i try to clear no matter how long i hold the connect button nothing happens, no sound cue or light cue... nothing!!!
