Blu-Ray Audio Sync Issues Since New Experience Update

Hi, hoping someone can help!

Since the new Dashboard/Experience the audio on blu-ray playback isn't syncing with the video correctly. It''s always slightly out, but seems to slip further out and back again, as if the video playback is trying to catch up with it. Very noticeable during any dialogue as lip sync is all out of whack!

It's definitely the BluRay player, as every other source (TV, Netflix, YouTube etc. ) are perfect. 

Got in touch with Microsoft who recommended a full power cycle and then switching to Energy Saving mode for a few days (ordinarily we'd have it on Instant On). We've tried that for a week and no luck, still the same problems.

Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to help?
